Welcome to Kukudos! These Terms of service ("Terms") outline the rules for using our platform. By accessing or using Kukudos, you agree to these Terms. We’ve written them to be clear and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Your Account
To create a Kukudos account, you must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including keeping your password secure. If you notice any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately at hello@kukudos.com.
When signing up, provide accurate and complete information. Avoid impersonating others or using offensive usernames. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
2. Acceptable Use
Kukudos is a community built on trust and respect. To maintain a positive environment, do not:
- Violate any laws or infringe on others’ rights.
- Share false, misleading, or deceptive information.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or any form of harmful behavior.
- Post illegal, obscene, or inappropriate content.
- Spam or send unsolicited messages.
- Misuse personal information shared on the platform.
We are not responsible for disputes between users or for monitoring user content. You use Kukudos at your own risk.
3. Payments and Fees
Creating an account on Kukudos is free. If you create a page that is successfully supported, we (and our payment partners) collect fees. Our partners’ fees may vary slightly based on your location. Each payment provider is its own company, and Kukudos isn’t responsible for its performance. You’re responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes associated with your use of Kukudos.
4. Third-Party Services
Kukudos integrates with:
- Stripe (payments and identity verification)
- Geoapify (address validation)
- Twilio (SMS notifications)
By using these services, you agree to their respective terms:

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and features on Kukudos are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Kukudos a license to use it in accordance with these Terms.
6. Account Termination
You can delete your account by contacting hello@kukudos.com. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Deleting your account does not remove content you’ve already shared publicly.
7. Liability and Indemnification
Kukudos is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform. You agree to indemnify us for any claims resulting from your actions or violations of these Terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. For disputes, we encourage you to contact us first. Legal claims must be filed within one year of the incident.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kukudos after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
